The Siberian Husky Size falls into the medium Size dog breed category. The height and weight of the Siberian Husky depends on the sex of the dog, with males on average measuring in between 21 to 23.5 inches in height and weighing a recommended 45 to 60 pounds. The female Siberian Husky measures in slightly smaller, with the average height falling in between 20 to 22 inches and their weight being approximately 35 to 50 pounds.
Due to the Size of the Siberian Husky, they may be slightly difficult to train. However, if started at an early age it can be rather simple to succeed. Furthermore, due to its medium Size, the Siberian Husky will very rarely back down to any other animal and if confronted it will stand dominant and proud, refusing to back down. Even though Siberian Husky's are like this and may appear aggressive, they are very good family pets and protective of all family members.
From a young age, a well balanced diet should be fed to make sure that the Siberian Husky grows to its maximum height. As well as a well balanced diet, regular exercise is also recommended as this helps to maintain strength within the bones and muscles.
