Video games are a wonderful creation because they portray alternative lives in which we can become different people and decide the development of the events that we are about to face. One of the most significant video games of the last decades is Final Fantasy. This video game has gained a huge popularity among video games fanatics and even among people who don’t consider themselves to be as fanatics. Produced by Square Enix, this role playing video game has expanded massively and therefore the release of merchandising and even two films have been developed since its creation in the last years of the 80’s.
 
One of the most interesting things about this amazing video game is that each story, in total over ten different ones, has its own characters, themes and motifs. Even though there are some cameos from previous characters or subjects, the Final Fantasy video game does not portray a continued storyline and instead situates the player on a different context in every episode of the series. Characters and situations exist and happen in different worlds that are not related between each other and that will never get in touch.

This adds an extra factor to the product: a richness that many video games lack of and a complexity that has hardly been seen on such items. In each episode, characters evolve as well and you will not find an individual that stays the same through the complete storyline, relationships between them also vary and this makes the game completely innovative and entertaining. However, there are some things that remain and that are visible in different episodes of the game such as monsters and magical creatures, the class division in which characters are organized, and subjects such as domination, power, menaces of destruction of the world, rebellion, nature and technology.
