The Drahthaar is a medium sized breed of dog with a very strong and muscular body. The height and weight Drahthaar Characteristics depend on the dog's sex. With the Drahthaar's teeth being very strong, they aid them in games such as holding and retrieving because of the scissors bite form that they take. The dog's tail is docked to approximately two fifths of the actual full length to avoid any hunting related injuries.
