Clumber Spaniel Colors

A Clumber Spaniel Colors are quite specific. A Clumber Spaniel is a primarily white color, with lemon yellow or orange colored markings. Most times the markings are seen on the Clumber Spaniels face and ears. They may have color on one or both ears, and around one or both eyes. It is also very common for them to have the coloring in a freckle pattern on their muzzle. They can also have freckle type markings on their legs and around the base of their tail. Their bodies may have markings, but this is not as common as the already mentioned areas.

This coloring pattern makes each Clumber Spaniel unique. Most often dogs will have specific locations for markings, either they have markings on both ears, or they don't. A great thing about the Clumber Spaniel is they each have their own distinguishable markings which makes that dog's own look.

Sometimes it can be difficult to know how a Clumber Spaniel will look as it becomes an adult. The spots don't always show the way that they are going to appear when the dog is an adult. They can get more spots as they become older.
