Diet Of Boxer Dogs

Ready to pick up information in relation to Boxer Diet? We are going to give you instructions and sources around the Diet of Boxer dogs.

Even though the Boxer shows a brave and strong appearance, the truth is that this breed is quite sensitive to some health related issues in which Diet has an important influence. The Boxer can easily suffer from flatulence, ulceras and digestive complications so if you provide your dog with the wrong aliments these conditions can not only appear but also become really serious.

One of the major problems of a Boxer Diet is that if you constantly feed your dog with processed food you will find that your dog won't be able to process it thoroughly since they contain too much corn, wheat and other cereals. These ingredients are hard to digest and Boxers really suffer their presence. Plus, the food that is normally sold in the market is processed with flavors and additives that may be harmful to your dog. You must therefore choose especially prepared aliments that are low in fat but high in protein coming from meat.

If you do not trust such products, you can always prepare your Boxer its own food. This should be composed of 60% meat (top quality meat of course and preferably chicken mixed with bones, although beef is also a possibility), 20% of vegetables and fruits (especially lettuce, carrots, spinach, tomatoes, garlic, pumpkin, cucumber, apple, banana, pears. Avoid onions and potatoes) and 20% of a combination of yogurt, eggs and natural oils.
