The ears are pendant and shall fall on the sides of the head. The height of these dogs is found among 13 to 16 inches and the weight between 20 to 25 pounds. The Beagle’s coat is short, smooth and has an intermediately length. The health of the Beagle is somewhat delicate since this breed may suffer from heart diseases, epilepsy or ocular problems.
